Business

What happens now with my Commerce National Bank account(s)? 

Your account numbers will stay the same, though some account types now have different names. See page 3 of the Business Handbook.

Will branch hours change? 

No, all branch hours stay the same.  We will have expanded hours during the week of October 14th to help with any questions or issues from the systems upgrade.

Will the phone numbers for my branch change? 

No, all branch phone numbers stay the same. Or for assistance, you may always call 888-607-4277.

Will my fees change? 

Possibly. Some fees are being reduced. See page 1 of the Business Handbook.

Will I be required to get new checks?

No. Most commercial customers won’t need to get new checks. If you have been contacted about an account number change, we will supply new checks.

Will I continue to get a monthly statement?

Yes however the look of the statement will minimally change.  If you are signed up for e-statements, you’ll continue to receive those as well.  Some customers will receive 2 statements as well.

Will I need to change my direct deposits and automatic payments? 

No. Most commercial customers will not need to change anything. Only those who have been contacted about an account number change will need to adjust direct deposits and automatic payments.

Will my loan with Commerce National Bank change? 

No. Your loan will not change. If your loan account number changes, you will be contacted by your loan officer.

Can I continue to make my loan payment online?

Yes! This functionality will be available through online and mobile banking under Transfers and Payments > Loan Payments.  More information will come on any online and mobile banking changes.
